In Spain, hunting dogs are systematically exploited under the guise of tradition. They are used for coursing, driven hunts, and competitive racing. Galgos, podencos, and other hunting dogs are mass-bred for this purpose and discarded at the end of the season. With our campaign Saving Spain’s Hunting Dogs, we raise awareness about their suffering, pressure political decision-makers, and support animal welfare organisations with food donations and financial aid for rescue and medical care.
